How to Prevent Fatigue

How can it be prevented?

  1. Get as much rest as you can. Utilise every opportunity to sleep. If you have other children, ask your partner or family member to take care of them once in a while so you can catch up on sleep.
  2. Food is fuel. The body naturally craves more food than usual during pregnancy for a reason, to prepare and energize for parenthood.
  3. Prenatal vitamins are available over-the-counter that can regulate sleeping patterns and give the body that boost of energy needed in the later months of pregnancy.
  4. Drink plenty of fluids and choose wisely when it comes to meals and eating healthily.
